Battery backup

Hello,
MY eiroga E71 mobile phone buyed 4 days before and I had problem in battery backup. It works only for four hours only after charging it fully and I only dial and receive phone calls.so please tell me what to do.

Dear Uday,

This could be a clone phone that you are actually using. Whether or

not you have warranty on it, please get it back to the store from where

you purchased it and explain them the problem that you are having.
