Itouch problem

Hello,
i have a question that i try to firgye to couples day...my itouch...i dont know how but for the last two days..i couldnt find the networks that i use...so now i connect different network but i cant brouse to the internet....help me !!!!

Please contact your network provider to see if the

configuration settings have well been set.
