Hello,
I recently removed my old mother board, cpu and memory from my computer and completely fitted a new one, I just thought it was a plain and simple swap, so didn't get any technical advise at all regards to the operating system, I am now only ever met by a blue screen of death and cannot boot the operating system, I have the os on a recovery disc that came new with computer it is xp sp2 but even if I set the bioe to boot from the cd it tries to load all the systems and such on the blue windows setup screen but when it gets to installing windows it jumps straight to blue screen of death and that is where it stops. the hard drive has been reformated now on another pc and put back in my comp but that didn't help at all. I cannot access an operating system nor get anywhere past blue screen of death, cant start in safe mode cant start in any mode>
