I cant play css online

Hello,
I cant play CSS online.......every time i go to join server it sey:''Your version do not mach'' ..........i was using steam and still it wont open.....please HELP

Hey........i have that problem 2........but I solvet the half of that problem.......I connect on consol and type: ''connect 93.186.192.64:27033"" IP is not importent......and than start LOADING.....but the last thing in LOADING sey:"" sending client info"" and all after that nothing.....its not moving.........PLEASE HELP Sorry for bad english,im from Serbia
