I want to copy cells that have specific words

Hello,
I am working on a workbook that logs defects for many different ships, which are catagorised as OPEN or CLOSED and have a description of the problem in the adjacent cells.
I am interested in extracting only the OPEN defects and the description of them.

The sheet runs from C:MD and each ship takes about 16 columns each. For the first ship is the OPEN/CLOSED column, G is a HIGH MEDIUM or LOW designator and H:R are merged to allow the description of the problem.

this is repeated for the next vessel beginning at T and follows across all the way.

Pease can someone help me?
