Password recovery

Hello,
I have locked myself out of my account on my computer. I can access the computer as I have a guest entrance with another password but the details are limited. My system is Windows Xp Home Edition. Can you help me get back into the computer on the original password? For the administrator I do not know the password as I have never used it. Thanks
