Drivers

Hello,
How can i install drivers on the toshiba satellite that im working on when i need this computer im on to access the internet to get the drivers?The toshiba satellite cannot access the internet until it has its drivers.Im on another computer to to find out where to get the drivers?.BTW After i performed the reformat on the toshiba satellite it says it has windows internet explorer 6.0 at the moment,when i thought it was 7.0as i previously stated.I will update this when i have the drivers installed.Thanks,Darrell.
