New Iphone

Hello,
I had Itunes installed on my old computer, it has since crashed. When I sync my new Iphone to my new computer, I'm sure I will lose everything I've already downloaded (apps and Music). Is it possible to back up my new phone to the new itunes and then sync it? I hate losing everything. Thanks for your help.
