Pop ups virus or antivirus( green, personal)

Hello,
I have 3 problems with green, personal & antivirus live that as attach my laptop in the last 3 and1/2 months. I need to know is there a manual out there were I can train myself on removing virus. I have wrote down some of you guys tips on removing these pop us virus and I am tried of paying Norton a 139.99 a pop to remove this proble. Please get back with me. Thanks uspsdt6

Dear Sir,

Simply carry out a virus scan and if any virus is

detected you will be required to delete it.
