Stand by was not highliting

Hello,
this is thakur i have installed xp into my system hard disk was 260 gb ram 2gb all fine working but the stand by icon was not highlithing why plz help me

This is due to your Graphic was not installed. Install the Graphic from the CD provided by your Motherboard company and it will get highlighted after you boot up.

hi ok i have mercury mother cd that cd was not autoplay cd i have to install manualy can u help to follow this plz tell the steps to install the graphics
