Help.can't install download

Hello,
please someone help me...i'm not good with computer.why i can't i run my download?i use window vista ultimate and download the file at firefox.when i tried to run it,it says the downloaded file is not a valid win32 application.I CAN'T INSTALL MY DOWNLOAD.ARGH!please help me.

second,i have tried it but when the file saved,it's dissapear.i don't know where to find it.i check at download but its not there.thank you for your advice.but please help me.
