Help me ! my computer wont work !

Hello,
my lap top wont go to the homepage. it will turn on but it has this box that pops up and says " the procedure entry point CoTaskMemRealloc could not be located in dynamic link library ole32.dll. " then i pressed ok and it wont turn on. the screen is blank. can you please help me. !
