Gprs peculiar problem

Hello,
I use reliance unlimited gprs connection for rs.81 for 7 days. Previously the net was running smoothly. Nowadays whenever i try to connect from my home, it says no data connection available. but the same phone start to work in other tower area. I dont know why this happen. CC called but, they could not help.
