Hello, I HAVE NO SOUND ON MY LAPTOP NO MORE, IT JUST STOPPED WORKING, ITS SAYING "NO AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICE IS INSTALLED" IN MY HP Pavilion dv9000

hi there,
possible reasons for this may be hard shutdown
open run and type devmgmt.msc
devce manager will be opened
from the list check sound driver
if missing it will be in yellow ,then you will have to install the driver either by ising driver cd
or download it from internet
