Hello,
I need help...
i had just got this computer but when i go to word a box pops up and says i need a product key. After, i close the box it says the words i type cant because its on a keypad lock (only for word or presentations not internet)
I am not sure what product key is but i also need to know where i could find it so pelease help!!!!

You have a trial copy of Word - you will need to buy it from Microsoft to continue to use it after the trial period. You can download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org it's free.
