my computer just turns itself off and when i try to turn it back on it either just lik pops off again or takes me to this page where you cant do anything it says its loadin but stays like that for ever and doesnt do anything diffrent and i had to do somthing one time but dont remeber what it was that i did but it erased all my files and everything on my computer
