Dear Sunny,
If ever the phone is a clone, you might perhaps not be able to
do it. You can install nokia applications on it but the original
software won't be able to be deleted. You will only be able
to install additional applications to it. Well you must have the
PC Suite installed on your computer and have nokia software
downloaded from its manufacturer website and copy the files
on your phone. Then just open it to have it installed.
