Windows Vista and MP3 Player

Hello,
My computer is not recognizing my MP3 Player and I have followed all the directions for connecting it to my USB port. I have Windows Vista. Please help! Thanks,

Is there somekind of driver you must install before using the MP3 player with your computer ? If yes do install the proper driver !
