Excell match and replace

Hello,
I got end of the month stock report sorted AZ with item code , qty ,value,
end of the moth sales report sorted AZ with item code ,qty ,value
some of the item are not available in the stock lreport while they are availabale in the sales report and vs

i wont to match salles report item code which is available in the same item code in the stock report and bring them to a one raw to match prices
item code are unique in the same report
