Hey, uhm i'm having a problem! When i try to donwload stuff off the internet after it's done I cant open it the "Open" option is not available to be clicked and for some reason all my anti-virus are gone can anyone help me??

Hi there,

Please provide more information on the exact situation ,if you have been infected by a virus you can make a system restore to few days back when it was working perfectly.follow theses steps:

Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools> System Restore Open it and then select a date when you we not infected then press next ,the at last restart your machine to apply changes.
