E71 TV Phone SIM Card problem

Hello,
I have an E71 TV phone that refusing to read other SIM Cards, it is only recognizing one Card and once I put another card it is saying "SIM Blocked". Help me please!

Please check with the network provider whether you to get the phone

unlocked to have it woking properly.
