Hi,
If you still have access to the SIM card, you can switch it to another phone in order to obtain your OTP. In case you don't have the SIM card either, the website in question should offers alternative options in order to access your account - like sending the OTP by email instead.
Otherwise, ask your mobile service provider to send you a new card so that you can receive the OTP. No software has the ability to bypass security checks, thus without having access to the required contact information, nothing can be done.
