Screwed up Nokia 5530..Help

Hello,

I have this problem with my Nokia 5530. I have downloaded too many themes and one day, after pressing Menu > Setting > Personal > Themes, everything blacks out and reset itself. I think that some system software is screwed up.....Please advice how can I get back my original system software ??
