Hello,
I have a Creative live cam video im vf0350. It works correctly in my computer which has Windows Vista, except for the msn messenger. Since I installed the last version of MSN messenger (the old one is not available any more), every time I try to show my webcam in a msn conversation, the camera image turns black and it doesn't get connected.
I've tried changing the port, downloading a new version of the driver... But nothing works!!
Please, can anybody help me?
Thank you!!

Hello dist.urbd,
Thank you so much for your answer, I forgot to say that I've already tried that, the webcam appears but it says "unable to connect to this webcam"!
Any other ideas?
Thanks!

Dear Sir,

Please check whether you have the right compatible driver for the cam.

Thanks.

Dear dist.urbd,
I downloaded the driver directly from the Creative's webpage, the concrete one for the webcam and compatible with Windows Vista.
I just managed to make it work with msn by disconnecting and connecting it to the computer many times, but it still doesn't work most times.
Thank you again!
