Dear Massood,
It all depends how you undertake the task. There are many websites which propose to remove the battery in order for it to the password to be reset but there is a specific method for doing it. Please have the PC turned off and all the power supplying cables completely removed.
This is important. There is a tag that you will need to look for on the documentation of your motherboard in order to get to jumper. Please have the accurate instructions for having the task completed in the Hardware Reset section in the below FAQ article.
