Already lock the folder & cannot unlock

Hello,
I used folder access and then lock my folder using by folder lock.And then I cannot unlock my folder instead of lock.Now I removed my folder from folder lock.If i open my lock folder is open at control panel. How to solve this problem & please suggest me.
