MY SISTERS LAPTOP SHOWS A BLACK SCREEN THAT READS "WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, BUT WINDOWS DID NOT START SUCCESSFULLY. A RECENT HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CHANGE MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THIS..."..THEN IT GIVES ME SOME OPTIONS THAT READ ...

"SAFE MODE
SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING
SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT
LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION
START WINDOWS NORMALLY"

BUT NOTHING WORKS!!!! I CLICKED ON EVERY SINGLE THING ON THERE AND NOTHING WORKS....COULD YOU PLEASEEEEEE HELP ME.......I'M DESPERATE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!

Hi there,

Can you please provide the messages displayed and codes with the bluescreen?Remove all newly added hardware,printer,scanner usb devices and start laptop,or boot form windows installation cd and make a system repair as this usually fixes it.
