HP Pavilion desktop : Can't access bios

Hello,
I wanna run blue stacks and enable hardware assisted virtualisation to play PW mobile but I can't access bios after I followed all the steps (windows key>settings>recovery>advanced startup>restart>trouble shoot firmware UEFI configuration)

Instead of configuration I get diagnostics screen with things like system info or BIOS update or rollbacks feature, language and EXIT and that's it, none of the real (HP) BIOS features.

Thanks in advance.

System Configuration: Windows / Internet Explorer 11.0

Hello, from the HP Support
  • Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
  • Turn on the computer, and then immediately press the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup Menu opens.
  • Press F10 to open the BIOS Setup Utility.
