Hello,
At home my family has 2 computers: a desktop, and a laptop. Just recently the desktop has undergone a virus in which, the computer won't let you log in on ANY accounts. We had to take it to people to be fixed and it cost almost $150, the same thing has happend to our laptop. Pelase help so we don't have to go through this again!

hi please install the genuine versions of anti virus. you do 1 thing go to google.com and type in search bar google pack and download spyware doctor.instal it and fix the problem if u still face the problemm just format your laptop or restore to factory settings
