Hello,
i have a dell and upon startup , my start menu will not come up, Ive tried everything, and privacy report virus pops up.

Dear Margo,

Please press CTRL+ALT+DEL for opening the task manager and stop any unknown processes and hence get rid of the actual problem. You will then have to carry out the virus scan and delete the viruses.
