How to Turned on java script

Hello,
The videos in the you tube was disabled , it request to install latest flash player or turned on java script. The flash player was not downloade it displays" Your current security settings not allowed for downloading this file" Next in the windows explorer the orkut page was not open. What can i do. plz help

Dear Sir,

Please get to Tools and then get to Options. From the Content tab next, please have the JavaScript turned on.This should solve the matter.
