Simply contact your network provider in order to get the GPRS settings for your particular mobile phone that you are using and hence get it activated.

Please contact airtel customer care,they will give you some text and number  to SMS.Follow the instruction and choose mobile office @0.30p/min.Im satisfied using the same.
