Virus on my lap top

Hello,
i have a problem.
while i am using windows live messenger -the newest version- after 5 min all the windows are closed and i'll be obliged to close the msn messenger and the reopen it to continue my chatting. it's a very disturbing virus...
how can i remove it ? please can you send your solution to my e mail adress (gabibibo@hotmail.com)?
thank you... i'll pray for the one who can help me to remove this virus without formatting my computer. gaby.

U go to run type msocnfig check startup register edit file there threats file which run your machine delete that file from regedit copy the name of file find it in regedit type run regedit press F3 find that file get virus free your laptop best luck Mahesh
