Hello,
I would like to explain my ques with an example:-
I have created a List which is Oscar1,Oscar2,Oscar3,Oscar4,Oscar5 via using data validation. Now i want after using the drop down i fill one cell value say Oscar2, then in the next cell i want all option will be the in next drop down except Oscar2. Once i filled the name from list i dont want that name again in the list.
Plz help????????????????????///

It is doable via macro but this will consume too much resources as the sheet continue has to see it the value is changed etc. One approach could be that that you add you list in a separate area. Set the range of list to that. As you pick and item of that list delete the cell from the range, so effectively removing the value from the list.
