Why can't my computer work?

Hello everyone! I bought a Lenovo PC from ebay.com and a dell PC from sourcinggate.com three years ago but hadn't used them since the last year. Then I found I even can't power them up a few days ago. Who can tell me the reason? Thank you!

Dear Jake,

Please check whether the battery is well charged for it to act like this. It might also be that the battery is not working at all. Please confirm these issues first.
