Hello
I recently replaced the motherboard of my HP TX 2500 and while connecting the LCD one of the 3 pins on the motherboard got bent and then i straightened it up with a screw driver but now there is no power light and he battery charging light on my lcd and plus no display every other light is working and the touch is working too when i connect the external monitor it works fine. My questions is that can I fix this issue without replacing the motherboard again since its just a connector issue as i have already checked my lcd with another laptop and it works.

thanks alot.

Dear Ahsan,

When pins get bent, there is a tendency for it to get cut and I will advise you to get it repaired by getting it to a computer technician for you might have more components damaged in this way.

Thanks in advance.

The problem is the repair shops I've tried they are saying that the pin needs to be micro soldered back to the motherboard but I dont know if it can be done by regular repair technicians besides HP.
