IE8,enabled ActScr but can't play Picasa Mvi

Hello,
I got some pictures and movies in jpeg (in Picasa galaxy file) and despite upgrading to IE8 disabling pop-up block, and enabling javascript in Tools, I still cannot play the short movies. Could anyone help, please.

Dear Sir,

The problem might be coming from the fact that there is no Flash Player application on your computer. Please get it downloaded and installed from the below address:

https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4613-adobe-flash-player/
