Hello,i would like to ask help about the problem encountered in my lapto,,everytime i open it.there was a pop up message McUICnt.Exe-Unable to Locate component-THIS APPLICATION FAILED TO START BEACUSE IERTUTIL.DLL WAS NOT FOUND. and it always pop every time i open internet browser. Hoppe you can help me as soon as possible Thank you so much!

It might be that the specific dll file is corrupted or missing. Please have the problem solved through the below method:
