I Pod shuffle not detected

Hello,

I am using VISTA home edition, I got a new Ipod shuffle but it is not detecting, The device option the Itunes is not highlighted, can any one tell me what should be the possible reasons & the solution for this to get it working.

Dear Sir,

Please try connecting it in another USB port and if there is any installation cd that you have received with it, please get its driver installed.
