Problem in mobile phone

Hello,
though i connet GPRS(net )in my mobile n72,it is not working in my mobile and i can not browse anything ,but the GPRSactivated mobile sim when placed in other's phone it shows working .Is it the defect of nokia n72 or not ?what can i do to get rid of the problem .please suggest me .

Hi there,

Reset mobile phone to factory default settings and then reconfigure it for gprs service.
