I FORGOT MY PASSWORD & SECRET ANSWER

Hello,

I forgot my password & secret answer for e-mail : sukanya_04@ hotmail.com because I have change password from varanya to be something that I forgot, also I don't have alternative e-mail for that mail.
I need to get my e-mail back pls help.
