Virus blocked Facebook and other sites Closed

Question

Hello,

I got a virus on my computer last night....Iternet Security 2010. It's all over the place and I tried to follow the steps from other sites to remove/uninstall but it won't let me download the Malware software because it is now a restricted site....Facebook is also a restricted site.

How can I Unrestrict these sites???? And how is there any way to uninstall Internet Security 2010 without downloading anything?

P.S. When you speak of Internet Security 2010, do you mean Kaspersky's?  What is the application and problem is it causing?
