Replace range of numeric values with text

Hello,

I have an Excel report and I need to change all numercial values that are less than 5 to "NIL" and all those greater than 5 to "YES".

Im pretty new at macros so can you really spell out for me what needs to be done!!!!!

when you say all, you mean like every where in the sheet or just a certain column ?
