Find the specifications of your current Motherboard. Find a CPU that has the same operating specifications as the motherboard. It is that simple!

Here is the spec sheet for what you HAVE. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/resource-design-center.html

Now you need to get the specifications from there, and find one that has the same specs!

thank you a lot <3

this is my cpu model http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_i3_Mobile/i3...(PGA).html

and i find that may those processors can work on my device http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Intel_(chipsets)/HM65_Express.html

because they have the same specs as mine am i right ?

Yes, just make certain your CLOCK speed is same. Also, you need to read about best practices when replacing CPU chipsets. FOLLOW all instruction sets that come with the new CPU!
thank you a lot <3
