Excel if function

Hello,
Basically i've set up some conditionally formatted cells and i want an extra cell warning me of how many false cells i have.

i want a cell that says some thing like,

if number of false cells are greater that 2, then display "retake", if less than or equal to, then dislpay "safe".

is this possible?
