Hello,
I am unable to down laod any attachment on received e mails the in coming attachment is scannd for virus's none found and when I press to continue 2 or 3 seconds later it says done but no attachment can be found

please help me its a disaster Best regards Omar

Dear Omar,

Please deactivate your firewall to see whether this is what causes the trouble.
