How to connet gprs in mobile

hello

i am having the gfive u9000i and i am using the airtel simcard, in airtel customer care they said that they dont have the gprs (airtellivesetting) for gfive, can u help me out

Dear Yogi,

This is for the simple reason that your mobile phone is a china one and doesn't have any browsing option.
