Sir, this is sameer,

 My NOKIA phone 5310 express music has been formatted as it was a problem of hanging. Further it was observed that my phone contacts and sim& phone messages has been deleted, as the contacts and messages are very very important for me, pls any body give me the sugesstion to restore my contacts and messages from my phone. waiting for ur reply as i was in problem.
