My computer don't show me the CD

Hello,
My computer don't show me the cd when I put in the CD drive (D) It just say me please insert a disk in drive D
I tryed with many CDs but it don't show me.
Please try to help me.

Hi there,

Change the data cable,if using 40 pins replace with 80 pins for faster data reading and transfer rate.
