I need to have the activication code

Hello,
my name is zahraa, i send to you a message about my labtob and i told you i need a solution in 5 minutes but no body answered me.
my icons are disappered from the desktop and to return them i need to have the activation code but i don't have it.
it happened to me when i use the internet.


p.s: my labtob is dell inspiron and windows xp
